clues: this can sometimes be diagnosed clinically by peripheral temperature & pulses. this particular patient had some characteristic abnormalities in the ribs, evident on chest radiograph (not shown here & unfortunately that particular abnormality isn't very evident on CT)
the answer is very obvious in images 5 & 6.
